To create a new report, click on the "New Report" button in the dashboard or navigate to the Reports section and click "Create Report". Fill in the required fields, add any attachments if needed, and submit the report.
You can track report statuses in the Dashboard which shows counts for each status (Pending, Approved, Rejected). The Reports section provides a detailed table view where you can filter by status and view individual report details.
You can attach PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, and PNG files. Each file must be under 10MB in size. For support requests, you can also attach these file types with a maximum of 5MB each.
Administrators can invite team members by navigating to User Management and clicking "Add User". You can also share an invite link via email or other platforms from the "Invite Organization" section.
Yes, you can download any report as PDF by clicking the download icon (↓) next to the report in the Reports table or from the report details view.
